Yes! We love custom orders. Get in touch with your requirements — colour, size, material — and we'll let you know what's possible and the lead time involved.
Are all products truly handmade?
100%. Every bag, basket, and accessory is made by hand in small batches. No machines, no mass production.
How long does an order take?
Ready-made pieces ship within 2–4 business days. Custom orders typically take 7–14 days depending on the piece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.
